1. Service Scope
ZoyMeal provides meal discovery, order management, customer support, and last-mile delivery coordination for tiffin services across supported areas.
2. Third-Party Food Partners
Meals may be prepared and sourced by independent third-party kitchens or food partners. ZoyMeal acts as a marketing and delivery partner for such meals.
Food preparation, ingredient sourcing, and kitchen-level compliance obligations remain with the respective food partner, subject to applicable law. ZoyMeal may coordinate issue resolution and customer communication in good faith.
3. Orders, Plans, and Availability
Subscription plans, menu items, meal timings, and serviceability are subject to operational availability. We may substitute items with similar alternatives when required. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of delivery constraints, safety concerns, suspected misuse, or force majeure conditions.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in INR and may be revised from time to time. Payments must be made through accepted modes. Taxes and third-party payment charges, where applicable, may apply at checkout.
5. Delivery Terms
Delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, local restrictions, and operational demand. Customers must provide accurate delivery details and remain reachable during delivery windows.
6. Allergies and Dietary Information
Customers must disclose allergies and dietary restrictions in advance. While we try to communicate preferences to food partners, cross-contact risks may still exist. If you have severe allergies, consume at your own discretion and consult medical advice when needed.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund handling is governed by our Refund Policy. By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept those terms, timelines, and eligibility conditions.
8. Customer Conduct
Users agree not to abuse support channels, engage in fraudulent refund claims, provide false information, or harass delivery personnel or partner staff. We reserve the right to suspend service for misuse.
9. Intellectual Property
ZoyMeal branding, logos, website content, and platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZoyMeal shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from service usage, delivery delays, or third-party partner actions. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chandigarh shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection and other applicable legal rights.
